There is definitely hope! You can try a therapist, even if it’s not just for stuttering but about your anxiety. Or discuss your feelings with family/friends/loved ones for support around yourself. Are there any career paths you’re passionate about? I’ve stuttered my way through interviews and get a lot of anxiety trying not to stutter. But learning how to not focus on not stuttering and focus on the interview helps a lot, being in the moment. There’s hope, even at times when it doesn’t feel like there is any. I have faith and hope in you!
