Voluntary stuttering

Voluntary stuttering i hear a lot about voluntary stuttering in these forums. how do you guys go about and how to master it. for example i stutter on my last name ... starting name alphabet i.e. s..... how do i do vol stuttering on this feared word. i tried to do vol stuttering on the s word... just could not do it and proceed. any tips and how to implement it. Thanks:) ​
