Exactly that’s the spirit! I’ve had periods of high fluency and lows as well. What I’ve noticed is my highs just come from me being comfortable in my own skin. At one point I would willingly talk to random people and do presentations and shit. Another thing that has helped me a lot is realizing if people react it truly doesn’t matter, no one really cares we’re all wrapped up in our own lives. Good luck on your journey brother.
