The best methods I personally use to deal with stuttering and it has worked out amazingly for me When I was 9 I use to stutter a lot and would make a mockery of myself when I was told to read certain paragraphs because certain letters wouldn’t come out of my mouth. I continued to stutter a lot till I reached the age of 16. I noticed that I started to stutter way less than before. This was not because I got any better because as you know stuttering is something beyond your control. I started increasing my vocabulary to dodge certain words or letter I can’t say. Instead of trying to say the word I want to say I pause then rephrase the entire sentence. I started speaking a lot at least 4-6 hours a day gaming with my friends and talking in schools. Lastly, I started getting less angry and almost carefree as I was a very angry child. Am not saying it will work for everybody. But increasing my vocabulary really helped me dodge a lot of awkward moments.
