Pressured situations tend to make stuttering worse. Unless you're confident and up to the task, dealing with unhappy customers might be overwhelming. But it also might be a good occasional challenge to gauge your progress and see where you're struggling. Background: I'm a structural engineer who gives presentations from time to time to review my projects. Only 24 so I'm younger than my coworkers and audience and I have a lot to live up to. In general I'd try to find a job where you can speak about something you're passionate about or generally interested in. Sales is similarly tough but if you're enthusiastic about cars for example, you might be good at it without having to deliberately push for the sale, and develop some excellent speaking patterns along the way.
