Dude I think alot of ppl on here have been in similar scenarios. Of course I am sure a speech therapist will help but additional measures you may consider doing are: 1: there is a thread somewhere on reddit about taking theanine 300mg to start and see how you get on (100mg x3 day). Trials have suggested it can help but not cure. I have tried this, I can say I have noticed when I take it and when I come off it. Avoid caffeine which depletes this in your brain. I would read the full thread on this. 2: read out loud and continue to practice 3: try to make friends or pickup a hobbie which puts you as part of a group I hope this helps. I am 37 yrs old an i have found in my limited experience this helps. You are young and you can experience great things which could be around the corner 👌🏽
