Is anyone taking ADHD meds and did it worsen your stutter?

Is anyone taking ADHD meds and did it worsen your stutter? From the day i increased the dose of my meds (dexamfetamine Tentin) my stutter got a lot worse. When i don't take my meds there's a noticeable difference in the amount and severeness of stutters. I do have a theory why it feels like i stutter more. It might look like i stutter a lot more because i talk much more when on medication, i'm usually silent and only talk when i need to. So the amount of stutters might be the same but because i talk more i come across more stutters. The effects of the medication are life changing but it's a frustrating battle if the stutters are worth it. If anyone else experiences this specific combination i would like to know how you deal with it.
