Yea I’ve held myself back from ALOT of opportunities in life including jobs because I stutter or get blocked when saying my name it is really embarrassing and I’m trying to deal with it but it truly is hard I wish there was a magic pill or procedure to end stuttering try spelling it out or using your last name that’s what I’m going to start doing and I’m also looking into changing my name but just thinking about the process and potentially having to say my name kills me I don’t really have much to add when it comes to techniques but just wanted you to know your not alone
