I'm joining the "you got this" comments! I think we all have been where you are, and we all support you while we relate to your anxiety. The easy way ends up being the rough way in the long run, even if it doesn't seem like it now. A general and boring advice is to practice your presentation well. If you can, do the presentation in front of your webcam alone watching yourself as you speak. For me at least that causes me to be more self aware and stressed which I've found good for a dry-run. Watching back can help you on non-stutter related stuff like timing etc. as well. Good luck!
