For me, when I have trouble saying something or stuttering, I usually find a longer way to describe something. For example, if I was in your case, having trouble saying a movie like terminator, I'll try to say "I saw that movie with Arnold Schwarzenegger where he says 'ill be back'" this is just an example but you get what I mean. As long as I can describe what I'm saying without stuttering and not lying.
