I'm also Vietnamese and also 98% fluent in English like you. When I was in 6th grade, it was the first time I noticed I stuttered a lot in Vietnamese. I moved to America 2 years later and over time I stutter in English a lot more than in Vietnamese now. I still stutter in Vietnamese but not as much as in English. It's probably the shame of me not being confident when I speak English
