I work in a psych prison hospital as the medication nurse... sometimes I have to explain what their medications are, what they do and the side effects... sometimes I stutter and they laugh and talk shit to me for the rest of the time there in my unit. After a couple of weeks, they usually apologise to me and realise I'm a pretty nice guy just trying to get them the help They need.
