Adderall is also a stimulant like Ritalin (Methylphenidate), which [has been shown](https://bpspubs.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/bcp.14097) to typically *worsen* stuttering in most individuals. However, there are [exceptions](https://linkinghub.elsevier.com/retrieve/pii/S2468171722000023), with some individuals reporting they become more fluent with Ritalin.
