Ya I am. The interview and stuff for the MBA all happened online and I stuttered but I can still get through one on one interviews and stuff now. (I couldn't a few years ago) I have online classes for now so it's been better than I expected but after a week or two of classes presentations and other activities started. I really wanted to take part and do them. I had bunked presentations and public speaking activities all my life but I was determined to try and get over the problem some how. A group presentation was assigned and the deadline was approaching. I was stressed out and trying to keep my shit together and told my group to let me do that part that requires the least amount of speaking. Finally a day before the presentation my group was discussing things about the presentation and adding and removing stuff, making my part longer and I was having a lot of anxiety and stress because of that. Suddenly my nose just started bleeding out of nowhere. I didn't realize that because of the stress and anxiety my blood pressure had shot up to dangerously high levels. I've had nose bleeds before but this time it was taking a lot longer than usual for the clot to form and stop the bleeding. My dad is a doctor so he checked my blood pressure and it was something around 150 by 92 which according to him is dangerously high and not normal for my age(23). I don't have hypertension and this had never happened before...I just informed my group that I'll not be giving the presentation as I'm not well. My dad asked me to check my blood pressure 4 times a day for a week and it was normal up until the next presentation 10 days later. (We have a thing at home that you just wrap around your bicep and press a button and it measures the blood pressure) I've had stress and panic/anxiety attacks before because of all this but it never got to this level as I always just bunked these activities. The only solution I found was to email the faculty and explain to them in detail about my problem whenever an activity is assigned. So far each and every faculty member has understood and given me alternative assignment. My blood pressure has been normal since then but it still affects me a lot. I have to always explain to group members and apologize for not taking part. Typing emails to people explaining the problem which sucks. My stutter is getting worse and I'm stuttering while talking to people at home now.
