Did anyone else try to call their congressman to support net neutrality but couldn't get through the script?

Did anyone else try to call their congressman to support net neutrality but couldn't get through the script? I got stuck on 'neutrality' and just had to hang up. I sent an email but still feel bad I couldn't get through the script.
