Hello! I usually try to give myself lots of space to walk around because pacing tends to help me speak whilst i'm on the phone. For some reason, jumping or doing anything that moves my body impulsively helps me say words that I usually get stuck on. I think of this as \*\*shocking\*\* my body/brain into saying the word. I would disclose your stutter to the interviewer only because it tends to relieve anxiety since the other person now knows that you have this issue you can't fully control. I can't speak to whether or not this will affect your chances of landing the position, but assuming the person you're talking to is empathetic and recognizes that you can do this job with or without a stutter, I'd say your chances are pretty high. Good luck, friend!
