I wouldn't recommend it as you'll be wasting a lot of your time. I think you should focus on not letting your Stutter stop you when you talk, if it comes out it comes out. If you're goal is to not Stutter at all while talking then you'll hate it when it comes out while talking! (Which it will probably do). I mean my goal when i talk is not to talk fluently, but reather to get my message across. If i do that then i consider myself that i communicated effectively. So i recommend doing that as it shifts away your focus on "not Stuttering" to "did i say what i wanted to say?"
