I feel as though personally that it was repetition, then to avoid repetition, I started to block instead. I live in Japan and am fluent in the language. Not perfect, but very fluent. I stutter in both languages. The worst part about blocking is it looks like I'm search for the word I want to say, in other words, I don't know the word hence seem less fluent than I am, which really sucks.
