Most SLPs actually have no training in dysfluency. They treat it like an articulation disorder. If you can pronounce all sounds, they are more likely to harm you. Actually, there is a lot of proof that she singing/performing/acting makes a huge difference with dysfluency. “Techniques” are rarely helpful. The most effective way to gain more fluency is to do the talking things that you are most avoiding, but try it with strangers first
