It has always been there since day 1. Went to speech classes early in elementary school. I remember my mom being there for some and her and the teacher constantly saying “slow down! Think before you speak” 🙄🙄 Im 44 now and have learned to manage it, when it arises it is more of a delay, like I’m just searching for the right word. When really I just need a sec do to my little internal tricks to trigger my speech.
