Fast food speaker Hi…I’ve never posted on here before but reading so many peoples stories has made me want to put my own out there. I work at a Dunkin’ Donuts and of course there is a drive thru. All the employees wear headsets and we have to press a little button to be able to take the persons order when they arrive at the drive thru. Idk if anyone else experiences this, but when I go to press the button, I can’t put out the words “thank you for choosing dunkin” without struggle. Even the start “th” is blocked up so I can’t even get it out. But if another employee starts the order, and I finish it, I don’t have a hard time anymore. But it gets really hard and irritating to constantly remind employees that I can’t take the persons order, because I can’t even manage to get the first words out. Anybody else experience this, or have any tips..? Thanks in advance :)
