First, I'd go web development as there are more job opportunities. Second, there is a reason for the stereotype of the "computer geek". Many people who work in tech tend are introverted, so are a bit more accepting of differences in interpersonal communication skills. An interview will be stressful, but if you can get through that much of your day to day communication on the job will be written (eg slack, email, etc). I'd join a bunch of tech groups and do a ton of mock interviews, to reduce your anxiety in that area. During the interview, I'd let people know you are a PWS up front. You might also want to consider a text to speech (TTS) app to use during the interview. If you have a block, you can type your answer and use TTS. While the device is "speaking" make eye contact as you would if you were the one saying the words.
