The thing I hate the most about stuttering is how mentally exhausting it is I don't know if this is just me but it feels like almost every time I speak, I need to use a lot of mental energy. Like the worry of me stuttering before everytime I speak, or me trying not to stutter, or when I'm stuttering, both the physical and mental effort to get over the stutter to say the word. Or just being anxious about talking to people. I feel so tired at the end of the every day.
