I'd say the next step for you is, identify the block (definitely talk a bit slowly like, all the time), resolve it and _dont_ change the word. In the start it'll come out with a bit of a stammer. We have to accept this. Tell yourself "no one is fluent 100% of the time. So what if I stammered a little bit" instead of (me) "Ahhh!!! I stuttered! THEY KNOW!!!" 😉
