Exhale, make eye contact, and begin slowly. Also, practice by making phone calls using vvvoluntary repetitions. Those are the scientifically sound ideas. Most anything else is likely to further compound the block. If you correctly do the above, your blocks will quickly start to diminish, and will stay away.
