How to quit saying um before I stutter

How to quit saying um before I stutter So I (m20) have been stuttering since I was a kid but I've always had a problem with saying um before I speak and when I don't say um I automatically get blocked when trying to say something and I was wondering if yall have any advise on how to quit saying um before I talk
