I was somewhat bad (bad enough to need speech and language therapy) when I was about 10/11 years old, got much better for a few years, barely noticed it on a daily basis, could read out in class, answer questions, etc. Then when I was about 15 it started to deteriorate noticeably over the summer, and when I went back to school it got to the point where I wasn't able to read out anymore, had trouble answering questions, and even got to the point where I couldn't call out my own name. Went back for speech and language therapy at 17 but things still haven't improved massively, but there are good days and bad days that seem to fluctuate, but it's mostly to do with how anxious, stressed, overthinking or tired I am, aswell as who I'm talking to and the situation. Usually my good points seem to be no more than a few days and that's usually just if there's nothing major speechwise I'm thinking about.
