I don't think these particular jokes are offensive on their own, but it kinda rubs me the wrong way. I think there is a difference hearing jokes from someone who is familiar with and respectful to the stuttering community, and hearing them from the same randos that would say "you only stutter because you're nervous" or "just speak slower". Laughing "with" vs laughing "at".
