For speaking, my advice is to record yourself. You don’t need to listen to it afterward but just record yourself speaking 5-10 minutes a day. Someone does it 30 minutes a day but that’s too much for me. By recording, it forces you to think just like in a conversation but you can try to calm yourself down.
