I too am feeling the same way. I can go places if not for this speech block thing ruining my life. I'm perfectly fine when I'm alone but when I have to interact with someone, answer a call, or go to a shop, it all goes wrong. I can say the words easily but when I get to the shop, I just start feeling the block. I can't meet people, take the public transportation because it all becomes such a mess. I want to be able to speak fluently, I just don't know what to do with these blocks. I'm sorry that I'm not of much a help but I just wanted you to know that you're not alone in this. Let's hope we find a way out of this.
