Calls are my nightmare

Calls are my nightmare When I get calls I have in my mind what to say but then I can’t say anything because oh wait my brain holds me hostage and so it’s crickets in the call.I feel like an asshole because I’m not responding in time or maybe it might seem like I’m ignoring them.I don’t know what to do does anyone relate? lmk
