High dopamine is associated with hyperactivity and some of the serious mental issues. Anyway, I don't know what studies show that it helps stuttering. Studies on stuttering have been inconclusive (a fancy term for fail). Personally, I would say adrenaline has helped my stutter, but too much adrenaline is not good at all.
