Life long stutter (40s) and never classified it as a disability employment or otherwise. I also have less severe than others as I can carry on a conversation it just takes me longer. Consider myself reasonably successful in the Accounting profession. I don't include anything about my stutter on my resume, but I do start interviews with stuttering "warning". Best of luck to you.
