I have the exact problem. My name start's with a "D" which is one of my biggest blockers. One of my speech therapists has told me to add a few words in front of trigger words/letters. So whenever I'd introduce myself, I'd go "My name is Dorange" instead of just saying (and risking a stutter) "Dorange".
