Depends on how bad your stutter is. I have a mild stutter and applied for a job that involves making a lot of phone calls (not cold calls luckily). After a few months I've gotten a lot better at it, even though my stutter hasn't necessarily gone away. Apply for them anyways. Don't let your stutter limit you.
