Hi ​ I have an interview tomorrow at a bank and I feel too lots of anxiety regarding my speech blocks. I also tend to get over-preocuppied about these situations. Then in the beginning of June I have a thesis defense in my uni and I am terrified. You're not alone... I used to take lots of medicines that would calm myself but at the same time I would be very drowzy...so I stopped to take them. I have been in speech therapy for 4 years now and I don't seem to improve...It's so annoying when other people tend to think that we can't thinh properly... I used to have issues while talking with other persons. I would avoid put myself in situations I would have to talk... You have to face your fears and embrace your blocks/stuttering like I have to embrace mines, tonmorrow.
