I always say to fluent people, my stutter should not be your reason to interrupt me mid-sentence or finish my sentence. Some people are like, "hmmm he is repeating that syllable. I'm gonna guess the word and say it." Nope, don't guess, just listen. "Hmm [she just paused and struggling](https://youtu.be/PQGYv6Khk8E?t=38). I'm gonna finish her sentence." Nope, let her finish. "Hmm I will finish her sentence to [show I understand](https://youtu.be/_r-SkfDZphk?t=48)." That one is ok for me. Basically, disfluency should not be the reason.
