Congratulations for working really hard on being in control of your stammer. >since we know that stuttering is a learned behavior That's one of the many (dangerous) misconceptions about stammering. Who taught me to stutter 45 years ago? Did I cure myself ten years after, and then kept on having a mild stammer because I was unable to unlearn the behavior? Or is it true that the cause of stammering is neurological? However, I am truly happy for you. I really am. I managed to achieve a high level of control over my stammer years ago, mostly a result of intensive work with myself, but I am not delusional and I know that I have to live with the condition for the rest of my life. It will always be there, lurking in me, sometimes very noticeable and other times well hidden. My personal plan in my stammer mastery master plan is to stop using so much energy on keeping it hidden, and instead focus on stammering as fluently as I can. That is the next level. ;)
