I always try 'I speak fluently' but I see that your positive thought is better. Because if I use 'fluently' then I already consider myself as a stutterer, do you know what I mean? I non-stutterer also doesn't use the language 'fluently speaking' but more 'speaking without effort'. You are right, that's like a basic fluency-law for non-stutterers, do you know any other laws that non-stutterers have?
