Has anyone here actually fixed their stuttering?

Has anyone here actually fixed their stuttering? So I'm sort of new to this stuttering support group of reddit, and i've been quietly just observing here. I've noticed a lot of people here are just talking about how to cope, or sharing their personal experiences of stuttering in real life, and such...which is fine. But I notice i don't see many posts about people who actually are fixing or have fixed their stuttering...at least to a significant degree. And then I see some posts about people who are justifying stuttering or coming up with reasons why its okay to stutter, which I personally find distasteful. I mean I understand this is a support group but I assume everyone here who stutters is actively looking for their cure. Anyway, has anyone here actually cured their stuttering or at least dramatically improved their stuttering to the point where they are mostly fluent? For personal context, I'm a 34 year old male, living in the U.S. Been stuttering since I was 11. Been to speech therapy and it didn't help. Also bought in alot of online courses which didn't help, and also bought books too. I'm curious if anyone here has found something that helped him dramatically.
