I'm lucky in that I have a job where my coworkers are patient with it since not everyone has that luxury (I know I didn't always have it). The severity of my stutter changes pretty randomly month to month or day to day, but it's definitely correlated somewhat with stress for me. So I try to relieve as much stress as possible when I can whether it's through hobbies, exercise, reading, etc. Regardless I know there will always be bad days, you just have to push past them to get to the good ones again. I try to remind myself of that whenever I get too bummed out over what is ultimately a minor hiccup in my existence. Also, be sure to get a good night's sleep! That definitely seems to help me out
