I barely stutter at all when I read, a good tip for reading out aloud is the 2 word 3 word method. Read 2 words, slight pause, 3 words, slight pause, 2 words and on and on. However, I do read with a slightly different accent than I talk, I wish I had the courage to talk in the accent I read in, it's slightly posh but I think I wouldn't stutter if I did.
