What is a good career path

What is a good career path bit of a backstory, i’m 18 years old and when i was very young i went to speech therapy to help my stutter, which it did, from then to about a year and a half ago i don’t remember stuttering at all but it has come back (not as bad but still noticeable in most sentences). i also have a bit of social anxiety and struggle to start conversations with new people because of these two things, talking on the phone to new people is also quite a daunting thing for me because as in real life i get all in my head and nervous and usually embarrass myself. What im wondering is what kind of career path could be a good fit? i’m currently a pool plumber which i do with my dad, i do like it a lot and may want to take over the business from him one day, but seeing all the people my dad talks to and all the phone calls he makes and takes it doesn’t fill me with confidence that i would be able to do it. even just being on a job site and going to ask another tradesman something is a scary reality for me. Does anyone have any suggestions for some things that i could do for work? or anything to help me in my current state? Thank you
