Study abroad I have had a moderate to extreme stutter since my childhood, I have completed my Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and now planning to pursue Masters in CS abroad in either US or Canada or Europe. I need help in finding a suitable country for my further studies, preferably a country which is more accommodating towards stuttering and has laws that protect stutterers and provide equal opportunities for employment. In general a country which is empathetic towards stutterers. And also I need guidance regarding the English proficiency tests, IELTS/TOEFL, which one should I prefer and how should I approach the tests, any tips or suggestions would be helpful (English isn't my first language). Anyone who has pursued Masters abroad, sharing your experiences would be helpful too.
