Thanks for the recommendations, I appreciate your comment i am now at the stage when i am completely ok with being a stutterer all i aim for is a level of acceptable fluency that meets the minimum communication requirements for the most common jobs because i am sick of what i am currently doing I tried so hard to get rid of the secondary symptoms like the facial ticks and shutting my eyes but when the unavoidable block happens i get involuntarily dragged to doing them. My last attempt with therapy the last year i was 28 yo. But it was giving me a temporary relief after the session and it will eventually vanish the next day and we go back to square 1. Anyway thanks for the recommendation again i will check the links
