I had it through primary school and then it totally went away in grade 7, came back back in high school stuck around ever since. I know mine is tied to my anxiety levels so I think maybe that's partially to explain. Had a fairly dramatic and anxious childhood that sort of dissipated towards the end of primary school and then high school wasn't an easy time.
