Does anyone else stutter more in another language?

Does anyone else stutter more in another language? I primarily speak English, in Spanish which is my native tounge I get waaayyy more blocks than I do in English. And it breaks my heart because my grandmother always tells me that I never talk to her about anything. But I really do want to, I have so much I want to tell her but I just can't. This sucks.
