Anyone else's stutter get worse when they need to explain something?

Anyone else's stutter get worse when they need to explain something? I don't know if its got something to do with my Adhd or what. Especially if it's something you weren't expecting to have to explain. "Y-yeah, you do the thing w-ww-when the thing-thing" And you can just *feel* the other person get annoyed with you. Plz tell me I'm not the only one...
