I don't know if it is a stutter or not but my tongue usually stuck when the word contain B , S , U , T ,G , C , O. I know what to speak but when these letters comes my tongue is stuck and I can't speak. I'm tired of pretending to cough or the change it into another word. I wanted to speak properly , any solution for this?
