It seems you are having a bad day and it is okay. This is a nice place where you can express and unload your emotions. That is very healthy. Do not repress. There is your benchmark. When you talk to your girl you are fluent. That means it can be done. You can dissolve stuttering. There is nothing wrong with your brain. People are triggering your fears on a particular way that your body decide to hold back. Your mindset, beliefs, though or imagination (whatever you want to call it) has to be changed. To do so, it is my experience and belief that you have to observ. Whenever you observed you transform. Be aware and look yourself without an agenda. It can create changing miracles. Good luck and keep coming here on rought days.
